We are on the 4th floor of an apartment building. First there was a small shake. Then 1 second later there was a 3-4 second strong shake. Kids in the bunk bed felt it strongly. I was sitting down but could feel being shook about. I could see and feel the whole apartment was moving sideways. The balcony glass panels shook loudly. Very scary! +5
