Less than 1 km from reported epicenter. S wave arrived almost instantly after P wave so I knew it was very near. Very brief motion so I knew it was not large. Could hear sound of other buildings disturbed after.
I was on 1 st floor of 7 level reinforced concrete apartment building built approx.1999. I have looked at exteriors of this and other similar buildings nearby with binoculars and found no damage.+3
